Community Priority Participants

People make our community thrive, and for our people to thrive, they need safe, affordable places to live.

We feel fortunate to call the Roaring Fork Valley our home, where awe-inspiring landscapes meet the challenges of rural mountain living.

At CORE, we recognize our community's important role in maintaining this delicate balance. That's why we offer the Community Priority Participant program, designed to support the local individuals and businesses dedicated to the well-being of our neighbors and the environment.

Local community members, from teachers and childcare workers to veterans and government staff, may qualify for savings of up to $15,000 on a single project. Our Community Priority Participant rebates also extend to essential service facilities such as schools, government buildings, and nonprofit offices. Up to $30,000 is available per commercial or multifamily building project.

Review the criteria for this program below and elevate your next building project with extra funding – because, in our community, support goes both ways.
