Energy Assessments 

1. Schedule a professional energy assessment by contacting our Energy Concierge or filling out the request form below.

An energy assessment costs $100 (a $600 value) and includes:

• Blower door test to detect energy leaks
• Detection of carbon monoxide and gas leaks
• Free, quick-fix solutions such as LED lights, pipe wrap, and boiler blankets
• Comprehensive report outlining your home’s inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

If your building is between 3,001 square feet and 5,999 square feet, you will be charged an additional $0.05 per square foot. 

If your building is 6,000 square feet or greater, you will be charged an additional $0.10 per square foot. 

2. CORE’s Energy Concierge will walk you through the report to offer personalized advice and identify next steps.
