Requirements

• Rebates will be offered for new equipment only
• must replace currently operating equipment
• new equipment must be currently rated at AHRI standards
• equipment must be less than 5.4 tons and must be minimum 14 SEER
• condensing unit and coil must both be newly installed to receive a rebate
• efficiencies will be based on the condensing unit and coil combination rated by AHRI
• equipment must use a minimum ozone-depleting refrigerant such as R-22
• R-123
