  • Energy coaching to help guide you through the upgrade process.

Eligibility

Please see the income guidelines at right to determine if eligibility for the program. Among many sources, unemployment, and other household assistance programs, automatically qualify residents for the program. Three recent pay stubs can also establish household income. Please keep in mind: household income is a total of all income earned (before taxes) from all adults living in the home. This includes non-family roommates.

CORE’s Income-qualified program known as Colorado’s Affordable Residential Energy Program, is a partnership between Energy Outreach Colorado and local non-profit administrators. CORE administers the program for Pitkin and Eagle County residents of the Roaring Fork Valley.
