Eligibility

Please refer to the income guidelines to see if you are eligible. Note: household income is a total of all income earned (before taxes) from all adults living in the home. This includes roommates; it does not matter if residents are related to one another.

CORE’s Income-qualified program known as Colorado’s Affordable Residential Energy Program, is a partnership between Energy Outreach Colorado and local non-profit administrators. CORE administers the program for Pitkin and Eagle County residents of the Roaring Fork Valley.
