Climate Conscious Kitchen

Discover the recipe for a climate-conscious kitchen at the first event of the Climate Action Series. Learn how to lower carbon emissions through the way you cook, the appliances you use, and the foods and drinks you consume with: 

  • An induction cooking demonstration and presentation by Cody Rydin, Executive Chef with Aspen Skiing Company.
  • Cocktails from “The Most Sustainable Distillery on the Planet”, Marble Distillery, and presentation by the co-owner, Connie Baker.
  • Local farm-to-table produce from The Farm Collaborative with a presentation from Eden Vardy, Executive Director.

State of the Art of Architecture

Enjoy an enlightening afternoon at the Aspen Art Museum where leaders of American Institute of Architects, the statewide voice of the architecture profession, Rowland+Broughton Architecture and Interior Design, and CORE present an exploration of the present and future state of architecture in Colorado’s mountainous regions.

Delve into equitable and sustainable factors driving meaningful change in the architectural design of our homes and businesses. The evening will include: 

  • A captivating discussion that showcases the breadth and depth of the ongoing work from the region’s best design firms.
  • A showcase of projects and prototypes propelling the advancement of Colorado’s architecture.
