Low-Income Energy Assistance Programs

In partnership with local agencies and the United States Department of Energy (DOE), the Colorado Energy Office (CEO) offers a free Weatherization Program to Colorado’s low-income residents, giving them the opportunity to access cost-effective energy efficiency services. Find out more here.

In addition, LEAP” is a federally funded program that helps pay a portion of winter home heating costs for eligible Colorado families, seniors and individuals. Applications are open from November 1 through April 30. Find out more here.
